03Estimates & Quotes
Estimates provided through this website, by phone, or on-site are free and without obligation. A quote becomes binding only when both parties accept it in writing. Prices may be adjusted if the project scope, site conditions, or material costs change, and any change will be communicated and approved before work continues.
04Scheduling & Property Access
We schedule work in coordination with each client and make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines. Weather and site conditions may require rescheduling. Clients agree to provide safe access to the work area and to advise us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or property restrictions before work begins.
05Payment
Payment terms — including any deposit, progress payments, and final balance — are set out in each project’s written agreement. Late payments may pause scheduled work until the account is current.
